Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your bike or gear in the original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and batteries are securely included.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that the bike must show less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
